I have a workable fox for Fox News. 1) Download Greasemonkey from http://www.greasespot.net 2) Download and install the Fox News Friendly Video script for Greasemonkey (you should be able to do a search for it) This makes the video play normally, with the added benefit of killing the advertisements. It doesn't work with CNN's new Flash video though. All I get are the commercials as well - with no actual story...
