Hi,
I just installed f7 on a new box. Once the machine is up and running the
mouse pointer disappears. The mouse is working because if I move it
carefully I can use it to navigate the menus at the top of the screen. I
was
able to turn on the option to highlight the mouse when the ctrl key is
pressed
which allows me to kind of operate the machine.
I have installed all of the updates but I cannot figure out how to get the
mouse pointer to show up. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this.
I am not running any of the nVidia propriatory modules and I would like to
avoid that if possible.

Suggestions?
Regards,
We need a lot more information about your computer. Does it include
Windows? Does the mouse work there?
No windows on the machine. The mouse does work normally in anaconda. What
other info would you like?
I loaded F7 twice and then deleted it twice but the pointer worked both
times.
I too have it running on 2 other boxes and it works as advertised. I really
like it. FWIW the mouse pointer is visible during the graphical boot. It
just disappears once the login screen comes up.
Regards,
