Au contraire, mon ami... :-) FAT32 is theoretically limited to
8TB = 8192MB, or even 16TB with 64k cluster size. But at least Windows XP 
refuses to create FAT32 Partitions over 32GB. If you use mkdosfs you are 
not limited to 32GB.

The problem is the file size, which cannot exceed 4GB.
