Democracy Player

   I finally learned how to get it. Then I played with it a little bit 
and discovered the Internet had slowed down and so had everything else.

   So I opened a terminal and ran top. It showed Democracy was using 
85% of the CPU and 110% of the RAM. I turned it off. It may stay off a 
long time.
