libdca as provided by freshrpms and rpmforge does not include the shared library libdts.so.0 which is provided by livna and needed by dependencies. The rpmforge package of libdca has a higher release number, however, hence the broken dependencies when during the transaction check it is discovered that it tries to take away libdts.so.0 If you want to suggest that the repositories fix this conflicting packaging, report it as a bug and try to gather the different packagers at the same round table.
