The friend who gave me tested it and didn't find a problem, but every test I did showed one: Corrupted files. I had to fill the drive past a certain point before the errors occurred, and it didn't matter whether it was Windows or Linux... Since then, I test new flashdrives. I fill them almost full, then use "diff" to check for errors. -- (This box runs Centos 5.0, my others still run FC 4, 5, 6, & 7, in case that's important to the thread.)
