Network Manager and EAP-TTLS with PAP authentication

All,

Does any one know if and how one can use connect to a wireless network
using EAP-TTLS and PAP authentication through network manager.

The EAP-TTLS option is available, but, I am not able to tell it or force
it to use PAP for the password exchange.

This is possible with wpa_supplicant, so why can't we do it under
Network Manager?
