for me Centos and RHEL it`s a old version of fedora.

I preffer fedora. lasted kernel. lasted virtualization tools and better hardware support.

For any kind of server, I'd suggest using CentOS.

It offers the same stability as RHEL, also the same long period of
support (5 years). And the updates are available for free.
