It was recently discussed that the pata_it821x module cinitializes the ITE 8212 ide/raid card in raid mode and that a module option (noraid=1) can be passed to the driver to force pass-through mode. The problem I'm having (again) is just what do I put on the kernel options line to get the card to initialize in pass-through mode? Any help would be appreciated greatly. -- G.Wolfe Woodbury
