No idea which tool you are referring to. I can't find a package named
system-config-selinux.
system-config-selinux is the command name. Package name is now
policycoreutils-gui. It is installed by default in Fedora 7 atleast in
the regular installation. In the menu, System=> Administration=> SELinux
Management. Does that help?
