Problem with virtualisation manager

If I run Virtual MAchine Manager, crate a virtual machine and let it
kick off, in this case installing XP on a virtual machine, it gets so
far, but then fails. Apparently the virtual machine can't see my
host's CD player.

How on earth can I configure teh virtual machine to see it?
