I have libstdc++ installed:

# yum list \*libstdc\*
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Installed Packages
libstdc++.i386                           4.1.2-12               installed
libstdc++-devel.i386                     4.1.2-12               installed

I can't find compat-libstdc++. Where can I find it?

I was looking for it in the DVD. Just found it. It is working now.

Thanks, Clodoaldo
