Mirroring local directory in a remote server

Dear All

I connect to a MS Windows network server with Konqueror at an address
like the following:

smb://myusername@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/myuser$

How can I create a mirror of a local directory in the remote server? I
tried rsync, but I was unsuccessful.
