FC7 on small system

I run httpd and a few other things on an old
Dell: 400mHz, 125M RAM, 20G disk using FC4.
I use no GUI, and there is usually no console
connected to it.  I manage it with SSH.
I would like to upgrade to FC7.  Is there
any reason why this should not work?
