virtual machine on Fedora 7

Hello everybody,
I am working under version six at the moment
and I feel alright with it but I would like to use the virtual machine
part of version seven. Could someone please tell me if this is possible
and where I could find a good, down-to-earth site or otherwise which
will explain how to set it up. The easier it is, the more time I will
spend in my garden! Thanks a lot
