I have install for test F7rc2 on my system:

a) At the first boot, the panel with the system property is empty.
b) If I press the power on/off button when I work in Gnome, the session
stop to work and I must press CTR+ALT+BS and power off the machine via
menu funcion.

Are these known problems?

1. Try fedora-test list.
2. Check bugzilla and see if anyone has reported the problem. If on
one has reported the problem please submit a report. Also, something
you left out in this post, provide hardware details.

At this link: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/query.cgi
There are not about F7 or F7rc2, it's not possible "Check bugzilla and see
if anyone has reported the problem."

Search against devel. For a while now test releases are to be filed against devel in bugzilla. Change was announced in http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-devel-list/2007-March/msg00095.html
