I'm runing FC6, IntelliJ 7.0M1a, Sun JDK 1.5.0_11 and SCIM.
Quite often, the keyboard will become unresponsive and I'll have to click on another tab and back to get the keyboard working again. This maybe a Swing, JVM, linux interaction issue, I wonder if there's a solution for this already?
