I think it was the repoquery command that I was thinking of but

$ repoquery --whatprovides umbrello
returns nothing and
$ repoquery --provides kdesdk | grep umbrello
returns nothing

also

$ yum whatprovides umbrello
returns nothing

$ yum search umbrello
returns nothing

I have installed kdesdk and umbrello is there but now I'm curious how
you are supposed to find what package a program belongs to.
