Your question needs work, Marcelo. What do you intend to plug your s-video 
source in to? Generally, analog video is converted to firewire and treated as 
DV - there are various hardware boxes that will do that for you, such as 
AdsPyro and DataVideo solutions:

There's a list of some of the available solutions. Once you have one of those 
boxes, you can plug your analog into the box, your box into your firewire 
port on your computer, and then you can use Kino to capture your video.
