When you print something you'll see a small printer icon in the
notification area, and you can get a job management tool by clicking on
that.

Although it works fine for the most part, it crashes every few days on
my FC6 system (printer on a CentOS 4.4 or 5 system, ipp shared). I
finally got tired of the crash box and just kill it through cron every
night.
The weird thing about the crashes is that I rarely actually print
anything. With or without activity, eggcups barfs every several days.
This probably won't be a problem if your users shutdown everyday but
it's annoying if you leave the system up all the time.
