I saw a similar issue, (I lost the Title Bar on ALL windows, period), after I enabled, then several days later disabled, "Desktop Effects". I fixed it by re-enabling, then immediately disabling, "Desktop Effects". My Title Bars have been fine since. Hope that helps, Randy
