I would second this motherboard. I'm running 246's in mine with 6GB of
RAM.
The latest BIOS, 1010 seems to keep it fairly quiet.
The fake raid stuff(two of 'em nVidia and Silicon Image) are kind of
crappy and FC5/6 have had issues installing with them.
The Silicon Image one is shite and should be disabled in the bios. Not had
a single problem with the nVidia one tho...and FC6 ;)
Sounds like you have an almost identical setup to me hehe.
