 I have been seeing the following message at boot-up for quite a while now:

Unable to access resume device (LABEL=SWAP-hdc3


i had the same message when i moved my swap partition to a different drive.

i fixed it after turning swap off. turning swap back on to the correctpartition and then doing a mkinitrd
