command to create Shell - Konsole

[Mike - EMAIL IGNORED <m_d_berger_1900@xxxxxxxxx>]

Under KDE on FC4, is there a shell command that will
create a Shell - Konsole just as if I clicked:

 <Red Hat> -> System Tools -> Terminal ?
