...on FC6 the slides look normal, on Mac Tiger the slides have an oddtiled background.

I now have a comment on fedoraforum.org that Gentoo shows the samedistortion effect.


Distorted on Gentoo and Mac, clean on FC6 at both 16 and 24 bits.

I'll just start over from scratch...it's sounding increasingly likesomething I did wrong when I converted the SVG from Wikipedia to JPEG,or setup the images in OpenOffice Impress.
