Try this - use the search box to select a category of mails you want to get rid of; when the first page comes up, assuming there is one more than one page of messages in the search category, click on 'select all'; the window turns colors and all messages are highlighted - now, look at the very top of the window and you'll see a new option "Select all conversations that match this search"; click on that, and then delete - makes it a bit faster -- Claude Jones Brunswick, MD, USA
