Infodir problem

Hi 
i'm trying to package a new version for a package i maintain but when i
try to install the new rpm i have an error i don't understand : 

$ rpm -Uvh freehdl-0.0.4-1.i386.rpm 
Preparing...                ###########################################
[100%]
        file /usr/share/info/dir from install of freehdl-0.0.4-1
conflicts with file from package info-4.8-14.fc6

so what's the problem this /usr/share/info/dir file ? I have to remove
it ?
