FC6 Media server

I am trying to set up a Media player by Ushare on one of my computer
(before purchasing a media extender for my living room)
Is it necessary to define a route.
My route table now is:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric     Ref
Use Iface
192.168.0.0     0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0     eth0
0.0.0.0         192.168.0.1     0.0.0.0            UG    0      0
 0    eth0


192.168.0.1 is the address of my router (that is another FC6 machine)

Another question:
if i do not fix the listening port of Ushare, which is the default??
I tried 49200 but when I connect from same machine,
http://192.168.0.5:49200/web/ushare.html
I get the message that Firefox cannot connect to the server..

any comment???
