Frequent crash in FC6

my computer: P4 CPU, 3.2GHz, 2.0GB RAM, video card NVIDIA GeForce FX600, 2 harddisks, each 120GB, with winxp and fc6 respectively. 
the version of fc6 is 2.6.20-1.2933.fc6xen.
it often crashed or got restarted automatically, sometimes reporting  messages as follow:
