You won't muck up your system by doing this. e.g. rpm -qlp name-of-package-file.rpm You can even forgo manual downloading, and just stick the entire URI where I've written the fake filename (be sure to include the http:// or ftp:// part of the URI). e.g. rpm -qlp http://example.com/name-of-package-file.rpm -- (This box runs FC5, my others run FC4 & FC6, in case that's important to the thread.) Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored. I read messages from the public lists.
