Yes. Please read the announcement. There is no "Deskotp CD's" in
Fedora 7 test 3. The torrent has the live CD available from

They have not got Test3 on http://torrent.fedoraproject.org yet, I
guess it will be sometime today.
I can clearly see Test 3 torrents there.

At http://torrent.fedoraproject.org/ all I see is Fedora T2 and FC 5, 6
and at top of page has a torrent download for
OLPC 303_B76 update, and I'm using Firefox to read the site.
