You don't use the entire filename with yum.

e.g. Do "yum install bind"
     not "yum install bind-9.3.3-0.1.rc3.fc6.i386.rpm"

On my system, I've got bind, bind-chroot, bind-libs, bind-utils and
caching-nameserver packages installed.  Thanks to yum handling
dependencies, you should be able to just list what you want to install,
and it'll drag in the rest that it needs.
