mirrors.fedoraproject.org mirrors list is fubared

The mirrors list used by Yum is giving a 404 error.  If you look at the 
site with a web browser, it appears that the web server is no longer 
configured correctly.  (You get a raw directory and file listing.)

This needs to be fixed.
