Hi,

Hope someone can help me.

I've recently moved from New Zealand to Australia and have obviously changed ISPs.

I'm unable to connect to certain websites, yet have no problem connecting to others. The firewall settings appear to be OK on the ADSL MODEM as well as on my PC. The support guy I spoke to at the ISP has no LINUX experience.

I've also tried different browsers, no luck.

Suggestions / Help would be appreciated please!

Whew, that's a really open ended one. Look at your DNS settings, try doing a ping or traceroute to the sites you can't get to and see what happens. This really sounds like a strange routing problem at the new ISP, I don't see that it's your system, per se. At least I wouldn't think so in this case.
