Those sure look like SMP issues to me. Without knowing which mobo or processor you're using, I see trying three things: 1. See if there's a BIOS update for your machine's mobo and install it if so. Try installing again. 2. Try installing in UP mode ("nosmp") and see if that works. 3. If 2 works, try installing in SMP, but turn off the APIC ("noapic") and see if it'll install.
