	Me too! Mine especially.. :-) (still IBM) T42 second-handed, the best
investment I've ever done for 1000 euros. And the warranty is still on
(3-year period). Already about 15 months with me. 
	There wasn't any hw-support problem, just remarkable: FC4/FC5 wireless
connectivity was more limited (e.g. no WPA-PSK available, despite
efforts), but FC6 such a things really came "out of the box".

Agree, Thinkpads are nice. I have a R50E with intel ipw2200.
It was a bit hard to get it to wake up from sleep, but I posted a workaround in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=184033

The built in modem won't work (, I suppose it will if you buy a driver).

Other than that everything works fine. Don't forget to install tpb to get special
buttons and on screen display of settings to work as they are supposed to.
