This is pretty much s.o.p. as qtparted is not maintained by the same
people as parted is.  You can either wait for a week or so 'til a new
package with the dependency changed, or delete qtparted (rpm -e qtparted
- --nodeps) until the new version arrives, or (maybe) try gparted, see
which version it requires.
	You (sh/c)ould of course ensure that progress is being made by
submitting a Bugzilla against qtparted with a RFE because of the new
libparted.
