I installed from DVD with my machine disconnected from the network,
so it's certificate was generated as localhost.crt and localhost.key... Is
there a way to remake this certificate automatically with the correct
hostname (which didn't get set until after I finished the install, connected
to the network, and rebooted getting a DHCP served address and
hostname)?
