Do you means (operation steps ) :
chown -R svradmin.edward /usr/local/proftpd/etc
chmod 660 /usr/local/proftpd/etc/proftpd.conf

So, Only svradmin, edward and root user they can access to the directory
and read / modify the file, right ?
