eth1 is a connected to a adsl modem where eth1 gets my public ip
address. The adsl gateway address (in the modem) is
10.0.0.138. eth1 is nat router for my local lan (192.168.0.0). Works
like a charm but I can't get it work with
initscripts (/etc/sysconfig/netwoking). It did work with fc4 initscripts.
bringing it up by hand:
ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.12 ..
ifconfig eth1 213.10.28.64 ..
route add 192...
route add 10.0.0.138/0 gw 213.10.28.64
route add default gw 10.0.0.138
works ok.

Anybody who can shine a light on this?

Formulating the problem is solving it! Replace fc6 route-eth1 by fc4 route-eth1 script did the job. Don't know why,
don't know when. I prob. was a lot more intelligent in the fc4 time:)
