(a)  Download the 3 update files, or find them in the up2date cache or
yum cache or wherever you downloaded them originally.
(b)  Try 'rpm -ivh elfutils-libelf-*.rpm' or 'rpm -Fvh
elfutils-libelf-*.rpm'.
(c)  That should work.
