What is it that determines when to report something in logwatch
regarding yum, etc? I get entries like the following, when it was
days/weeks/months ago that it was installed.

Packages Updated:
SDL.i386 1.2.8-4
---------------------- yum End -------------------------
I would expect logwatch to just report what had changed since the last
logwatch. But this sort of thing keeps on appearing each time on some
machines.
