running:

	strings libflashplayer.so | less

allows one to see this (among many other things):

	Shockwave Flash 9.0 r31

and in firefox, "about:plugins" reveals this:

    File name: /home/fredex/.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
    Shockwave Flash 9.0 r31

So I believe I have the correct one. It certainly works better for me
than the alpha or beta ones did. They caused Firefox to slow to a crawl
on any page containing any flash, and this one seems to work fine in
that regard.
