a recent large update has gone badly wrong,
(the screen went into graphics mode, fixed by 'reset' cmd)
and now I get this on a re-invoke sanity test.
[jimc@harpo ~]$ sudo yum shell

[jimc@harpo ~]$ man rpm
rebuilding the db didnt help..
[jimc@harpo ~]$ sudo rpm --rebuilddb
rpmdb: PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery

[jimc@harpo ~]$
using --initdb didnt work either.
Oddly, basic rpm querying works..
[jimc@harpo ~]$ rpm -q yum
yum-3.0.1-2.fc6
Any suggestions ?
