Hi,

cannot mount windows dfs shares by the command:

  	mount -t cifs //fp1/shares /mnt -o user=uuuuu,ip=......

Any help is appreciated.

Try
mount -t cifs //fp1/shares /mnt -o
user=uuuuu,password=ppppp,uid=xxxx,gid=xxxx,dom=ddddd

The domain parameter I think is now required

Hi Mike,

I'm sorry, but did not help.
