You're not going to be able to email anyone from an address using localhost.localdomain as the domain name. You need to look into masquerading, so that the domain name is a real one (one that you can receive mail at, when combined with your usename left of the @ sign). Alternatively, don't use the command line "mail" client, use something else that lets you set your own "from" address. -- (Currently testing FC5, but still running FC4, if that's important.)
