ok, now what are you doing?
The extension of /dev/ops/batch (assuming it's a filesystems) is not
right.

Where (in which lv) is the /dev/ops/batch that are you extending?

please provide the output of
pvscan (already done)
vgdisplay
lvdisplay
mount
