Yes, seems par for the course.
Has anyone else got a fix?
Happens on every machine I have done since at least fc3-fc6.
I know it does need to read and write probably twenty or more files, but
it does seem to take too long, with no gui feedback when you are saving
or starting up.
If you can't find a https://bugzilla.redhat.com entry for it could you
please write up a bug describing what you see ?
