You'd have to be careful at automating that. You can report to the spammer instead of the ISP, if they have their own domains. You can report to ISPs which forward your complaint onto the spammer... -- (Currently testing FC5, but still running FC4, if that's important.) Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored. I read messages from the public lists.
