Sorry for the repost. Is there going to be Fedora 7, 8, etc...?

As far as I know, there will be one place for packages instead of core or extras. Since there will not be a separation between core and extras with this plan, maybe another name will be chosen such as Fedora Project 1, I don't know. It would not make much sense to keep using FC# if it will be FP or a similar name.

Check the wiki or the archives. The project is supposed to be summarized there and I for one did not check it out in detail. I don't think that the plug was pulled on the project. Fedora Legacy is one of the elements that is defunct by my reading of messages to the list.

I guess the name will be F*7, I assume that since it is aimed at being all incluisive and both elements are as old with versioning, combining them for F*7 makes sense.
